Call for trombone players :

Pink Martini occasionally needs musicians who are able to tour when our core members cannot. We are currently looking for a trombone player.

Ideally we are looking for musicians with a strong classical background who are also interested in global music and jazz (leaning away from modern jazz and more towards Louis Armstrong and Harry James). Interests not related to music, as well as proficiency in a foreign language, are encouraged.

Please send a preliminary cover letter, an audition tape/cd which includes:

• 1 classical work or excerpt
• 1 jazz work
• 1 other work of your choice
